"Now, if you'll excuse me Sir Archmage," the Tharn Patriarch began as he put his empty cup before him, "there's a lot we need to discuss about. Khadgar found its taste wonderful, the kind of drink mages from Dalaran would appreciate. "Before we begin, would you like some tea?" You too, magister." The Battlemage levivated two tea cups that were near a tea service on the table. "My lord, Archmage Kadghar of the Kirin Tor."

"Archmage Khadgar, may I present to you the High Chancellor and Imperial Battlemage Hector of House Tharn," the green-skinned said. The man got up, tilting his head to salute the newcomers. He was dressed in some kind of golden armor of apparatus with small letter-like symbols inscribed upon it. Upon entering, Khadgar saw a man that appeared to be close to his age (or rather the age the Archmage looked to have) sitting at a large table. The woman opened the tent for him to pass. The Archmage briefly wondered if it was the local nation's tabard. Flags of different sigils such as a red diamond dragon were littering the camp. Ulliceta led Khadgar to a large tent outside of the walled enclosure. Not everyone had the charisma of the First and Second Wars' veterans.Ī female blood knight acknowledged his wish with a nod. The rest will have to follow your command as if they were mine." The last part was more addressed to the Horde members. "I don't want any incident while I'm gone, is that clear? Arianne, I will leave you in charge. Others were still throwing dubious looks at the Tamrielians. Some seemed convinced at his explanation. That's a big leap of faith on their part." You heard the magister like me, we are guests and will be allowed beyond the quarantined area. "If they were truly hostile, they would have attacked by now. "We don't have any choice, Arianne, but to trust them," he replied calmly. "Is that wise, Archmage?" His second-in-command, a young dark-haired female human mage, asked him. The rest of the expedition gathered around him. "It won't be necessary, we were prepared. We'll have our soldiers prepare private quarters for them." We have established a camp behind these walls. "By our laws, they shall be treated as guests with the hospitality they deserve. He is waiting for you, he has questions for you just as I suspect you have for him." "Archmage, since you've assured us of your peaceful intentions, you may be admitted beyond the wall to meet with our leader.

She was casting a spell, no doubt, but to what end? Khadgar suddenly felt a shift in the magic around him. "It seems as if you are accustomed to dealing with extra-dimensional threats." If they were preparing to receive someone… that means they likely didn't create the anomaly, the wizard theorized. As you can see," she showed the lines of Battlemages and the wall behind them, "we had prepared for the worst." "Archmage Khadgar of the Kirin Tor, my lady." He gestured to the Azerothian expedition behind him. That was good news if their civilization had common points, they could better understand each other. The Archmage guessed by the name it was the local equivalent to the Kirin Tor. "Ulliceta Gra-Kogg, magister of the College of Whispers," the "half-orc" introduced herself. It seemed some conventions hardly changed. Khadgar took the hand offered by the woman facing him without fear and shook it.

I probably won't be posting more before a while.
